Riverdance recording?
Out of curiosity, does anybody out there have the original cast recording of Riverdance? I'm trying to hunt down the original "Lift the Wing," sung by an amazingly beautiful alto voice. Everything i've heard since has a soprano/tenor duet I've never enjoyed nearly as much as the original.

*laughs* Borders is doing a clearance on 'select titles.' We expected to find... well, nothing worthwhile, and that was generally the case until I spotted this CD! They actually had the original recording. So I'm covered. We still must hang when we're in town, though!

I think I've got this too...I love that CD, that show, Davy Spillaine...that's it we're running away to Ireland. As I recall, you were the one that introduced me to it.

Quite possibly. They were playing it at Musicland back at Lindale Mall once when Mom and I were out shopping and we promptly brought it home. It likely disseminated from there.

That was a good while ago!
